NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF WINDOWS 7 DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS
nOFFICIAL NOTICE
nWILL BE CANCELLED ON OCTOBER 22, 2016
nI have this notice for your protection, and also to prevent unauthorized tampering or restoration of your product.
nIn this notice, "product" refers to:
nMy product nVAIO® A13, VAIO® A13C, VAIO® VBZB, VAIO® VBZB2, VAIO® ZB, and VAIO® ZB2.
nThis notice is not an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any product.
nThis notice does not apply to the VAIO® XF.
nThe right to cancel this notice is expressly reserved by the parties.
nIn the event of a dispute or dispute resolution proceedings, the one-off purchase price may be paid by bank transfer, or through a manufacturer's warranty or similar service, whichever is appropriate.
nWe will send you a final invoice at the time of the cancellation.
nHowever, the parties do not agree to the right of cancellation.
nThis notice is effective on October 15, 2016.
nThe court must determine the proper scope and scope of the cancellation clause. This must be settled within six months of the filing of the suit, otherwise the cancellation clause shall be ineffective.
